Collection: Tanah Lot, Bali

Tanah Lot, Bali was a commissioned artwork painted from an image a client shared with me. This holds a beautiful memory from their time in Bali. From the moment I saw the image, I fell in love with it. The colours, the energy, the stillness of the ocean meeting the rock… it all carried this deep, grounding presence I wanted to bring to life on the canvas.

As I painted, the textures and layers just started to build themselves. There’s a real strength in this piece with the bold, adventurous strokes, but also a softness that draws you in. It’s got that kind of pull where the more you look, the more you see, and the more you feel.

Creating pieces that hold personal meaning for someone is always special. It’s not just about the location; it’s about capturing the energy behind the memory and turning it into something that lives on.
