I’m a versatile creative professional with over 30 years of experience in both graphic and web design. Since 2013, I’ve been running my own design business, where I manage a wide range of projects in print, digital, UI design, photography, and illustration. My work goes beyond just design – I also take on client meetings, project planning, and team coordination, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Throughout my career, I’ve gained valuable experience balancing creativity with project management, helping me deliver high-quality work that meets both client needs and deadlines.

Before launching my own business, I held senior creative roles at Hills Media & Design and Whereforeart, where I worked closely with our team and clients to produce a variety of design solutions, from print collateral to web development. At Hills Media & Design, I played a pivotal role in managing motor retail accounts, requiring me to be highly efficient and organised to meet tight weekly deadlines and ongoing project demands. My responsibilities extended beyond design into project management, client communication, and working with developers and suppliers to bring projects to life.

At Whereforeart, client liaison and creative development were my main focus while managing studio operations, including equipment and software maintenance. I was deeply involved in the creation of primarily print based solutions including logos, corporate identities, brochures, catalogues, retail advertising, packaging, and outdoor signage. Additionally, I provided mentorship to junior designers, teaching them design techniques, software skills, and best practices for maintaining studio systems.

Throughout my career, I’ve continually improved my productivity and time management to stay ahead of the demands of a fast-paced industry. I’m also passionate about staying current with new design tools, and lately, I’ve been exploring the use of AI to enhance my creative process and deliver even fresher, more innovative work.
